What We Grow

Apiary | Gardens | Recipes | Community

We have several gardens around the Old Elk Farm property that provide a wide variety of food for our honey bees, native mason bees and bumble bees, hummingbirds, and migrating butterflies.  What we grow for our honey bees is what helps make our honey so exquisitely delicious.  Here we have an updated partial list of what grows in our gardens and shown in their flowering state when they are most attractive to pollinators.
